Cancellation of Order by IKEDA

Elara Integral Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order without explanation in situations where it is not able to meet the requirements of the order placed, or where the order does not comply with the policies of ikedaindia.in, or for any other reason deemed appropriate. Any communication of cancellation will be intimated within a reasonable time to the concerned customer, and any applicable refund will be processed accordingly.

Cancellation of Order by Customer

In case a cancellation request is made through the website and the order has not yet been dispatched, the order will be cancelled and the entire amount will be refunded. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. For customized products, no cancellations are allowed once the item has been taken up for production. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Elara Integral Private Limited regarding the cancellation.
